WASHINGTON @ HANOVER educates students, ages seven to nine, classified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Asperger’s Syndrome (AS), Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), and Pervasive Development Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS). Located within Bee Meadow Elementary School in Whippany, New Jersey, W@H provides comprehensive applied behavior analysis (ABA) teaching methodologies in a traditional school environment, offering students a transition model toward the least restrictive school setting. Emphasis is on higher-order language and social skills, and self-regulation.
