Welcome to the New Bridges Middle & High School
-
The New Bridges Program serves secondary students with autism in the Bergen County Special Services School District, ages 14 through 21. Our program has a strong focus on community based instruction that is articulated through the principles of applied behavior analysis. New Bridges students are on the move. We have a growing number of internship sites and job coaches. Our students are not only about work. They are learning skills necessary to insure a good quality of adult life. Look for our students dining out, shopping and improving their physical fitness throughout Bergen County. Classroom instruction directly correlates to community experiences giving our students the opportunity to master skills in many environments. At New Bridges, our student’s success is truly the result of many partnerships including those with local school districts, our student’s families, our staff, local businesses and service providers.
