The BCSS Transition & Vocational Programs offer a variety of choices for individuals with developmental disabilities residing in Bergen County.

All of the programs provide services using a person-centered planning approach with each individual. Instruction is designed around employment, community inclusion, daily living skills, problem-solving and coping skills, leisure skills, work enclaves, volunteerism, and classroom instruction. Community-based instruction allows adults to develop skills in real-world settings and enhances inclusion in the community. BCSS is committed to providing a quality program that enables adults to be contributing and valued members of their community.
