Transitioning into Adulthood Clinic
Bergen County Children's Interagency Coordinating Council (CIACC) - Intellectual and Developmental Disability (ID/DD) Subcommittee will be hosting a clinic for parents, guardians and self-advocates on transitioning into adulthood Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 6-8pm. Registration will open at 5:30pm. During this clinic there will be a presentation from the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) on Transition Services and applying with DDD.
