Bergen County Project SEARCH Program

Project SEARCH is a transition to work program that is a unique, business-led, one year employment program that takes place entirely at the workplace within Holy Name Medical Center. Total work immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and hands-on training through worksite rotations. The program culminates in individualized job development. The goal of the program is for each intern to obtain competitive employment.
