Classroom The Norman A. Bleshman Regional Day School serves severely, multiply disabled students ages, three through twenty-one. Programming offers an academic/ functional/ career-based curriculum including an intensive therapy program including Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies. Teachers, Therapists, Behaviorists and Support Staff work together in creating a dynamic school environment that promotes each student’s educational, therapeutic, independent living and transitional skills to the greatest extent possible.


The preschool program utilizes the Curiosity Corner Program which employs cooperative teaching and center-based activities along with integrated therapies. Designed to provide a strong foundation in Language/ Literacy, Mathematics, Science, creative expressions and esteem building activities, instruction is provided via a thematic/ holistic approach.
