Students interested in applying to the Bergen County Technical Schools District:

• Your primary residence must be in Bergen County, NJ by September 1, 2026, regardless of where you attend school.
• Only 8th grade students can apply. 
• If accepted, students will begin 9th grade year in September 2027. Transferring into Bergen County Technical High School is not permitted.
• Complete an Online Application –  Online application will open September 1, 2026.

If you have a 7th or 8th grade student and would like to tour our district schools, please check here in September for tour dates and information. In-person tours are reserved for 7th and 8th grade families only. 

ATHS - Applied Technology High School @ Bergen Community College, Paramus

BCA- Bergen County Academies, Hackensack Campus

BCA school tours will be held on Sunday, October 11th and Monday, October 12th.
Time slots will be available in 5-minute intervals starting at 10 am each day with the last tour beginning at 3:15 pm.  Tours are approximately 1 hour long. Each registration is for 1 student and 1 parent only.  Families must reside in Bergen County and have a student in 7^th or 8^th grade to register. As a courtesy to all, please register for 1 tour only.
Tour registration will open on Thursday, October 1^st at 6 pm.
