Welcome to the web page for the BCTS Human Resources Department.  Our department is responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff recruitment, hiring, salaries and employment benefits.  We are one of the first points of contact in the district when candidates apply and are recommended for jobs; and we remain an important part of the support system available to staff members throughout their careers here.   BCTS is one of the premier school districts in New Jersey, and the nation.  Our students and staff have a long history of achievement and recognition that sets our district apart from most others, and we place a high priority on maintaining that level of success.
