• Biology Research & Cell Culture Boot Camp

    Course Description

Biology Research offers students in the experimentation phase of their projects a great opportunity to continue their research in a low stress environment, free of concerns of attending classes, preparing homework, taking exams, or any of the many other challenges during the school year.

Cell Culture Boot Camp is designed for students who are still in the development phase of their project and have not yet been trained in cell culture techniques. This is a 2-week intensive course on the principles and practice of working with cells in culture, solution preparation, cell treatment, and assays.

Seating is VERY limited; therefore, rising seniors (class of 2023) who are applying to the Regeneron Science Talent Search will have priority in research registration. All students who apply for summer research should develop a plan for what they intend to accomplish during that time.
