Online Reference Center for Students and Staff
The Online Reference Center has been customized for the students and staff of Bergen County Academies. The Online Reference Center enables you to retrieve information from paid database resources on the web. Search in these resources for magazine, newspaper and journal articles, as well as articles in encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc. Look here before going to general websites. When you are in school facilities, you may access these resources from any computer. Unless otherwise noted, all databases are available from home.

Ebsco (Periodicals) - provides full text for more than 2,000 general reference publications with full-text information dating as far back as 1975..
This database serves as an archive of important scholarly journals and offers both multidisciplinary and discipline-specific collections. The articles are presented in high-resolution format, being archived as scanned images of journal issues and pages as they were originally designed, printed, and illustrated. Because of JSTOR's archival mission, there is a gap -- typically from 1 to 5 years -- between the most recently published journal issue and the back issues available in JSTOR.
