We are so proud of our Springboard Graduate, Andrew for earning Employee of the Year at Eastwick College in Hackensack. Congratulations to Andrew and our staff at BCSS Springboard!

Andrew is a former student of the Springboard Program of Bergen County Special Services School District and exemplifies the success that the program aims to help our students achieve. Andrew graduated in June of 2019. During his time in the program, he was able to participate in many group internship experiences and instruction in daily living and personal/social skills. Working with his job coach, they identified and explored several areas of interest for personal internship sites. Andrew obtained an internship with the Maintenance Department at Eastwick College in Hackensack. He performed so strongly that his responsibilities and hours continued to increase, which led to attainment of a paid position with the college. Springboard was notified in December that Andrew was selected and recognized as the Eastwick College Hackensack Campus Employee of the Year. The program is so proud of Andrew’s success.
