For our January Prevocational trip my friend Brooke and I went to the Bergen County Animal Shelter in Teterboro NJ. We saw what volunteer opportunities the shelter had to offer. We learned about the volunteer programs and what the people do at Bergen County Animal Shelter. We got to hold some animals like kittens and a bunny. We also got to see the dogs and their kennels. We also met an animal control officer. Mrs. Hansen adopted a kitten that she picked up after school was done!  We really enjoyed going to the Bergen County Animal Shelter. It was one of our favorite Pre Vocational trips. I enjoy going on all trips but the Bergen County Animal Shelter was one of my absolute favorites.
