Project-based learning through STEM activities in our Visions classroom. As part of the STEM activities being carried out this year, students in Ms. Mele’s class completed the GUMDROP CHALLENGE! The students were in groups of two and had to try to make the tallest tree using gumdrops and toothpicks only. They had thirty minutes to build the tallest tree we had was 16 inches!
