Transition Boot Camp Summer 2024

The Summer 2024 Transition Boot Camp is a college-based transition program for young adults up to age 24 with ID/ DD, made available and paid for through the County College-Based Center for Adult Transition Grant, a project administered by and in partnership with The Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE).
