Join us as Maria Fischer, Esq. from Hinkle, Prior and Fischer gives us an overview of the NJCAT Assessment.
Maximizing services requires an individual to be properly assessed and have a tier assignment and budget that allows appropriate supports to be provided. Attendees will learn about the importance of accurately completing the New Jersey Comprehensive Assessment Tool (NJCAT). During this workshop, the presenter will provide guidance and an understanding of how to interpret the different sections and questions on the NJCAT. Real life examples will be shared. The process of appealing an inaccurate tier assignment will also be discussed.
